Individual Therapy
Sessions can be done in the office, online, or at an agreed upon location if we are doing planned exposures. Extended sessions are available to accommodate busy schedules and expedite treatment (fee varies).

Family Therapy
Often, family and friends are confused and frustrated about how to help you. Family and loved ones are invited into therapy via phone or in person to help them learn skills on how to partner with and support you in your OCD recovery.

Initial Evaluation
The first visit includes a comprehensive assessment and treatment planning. Together, we determine if outpatient therapy is the right level of care for you or you would be better served with other treatment options (IOP, PHP, residential).
